Community-Centered Design Study: Eastside

We are studying the area bound by Cooper Street, the Cooper River, and the I-26 overpass because we expect more redevelopment to take place here in the coming years (by the Charleston Housing Authority and private developers) and we want to provide proactive guidance.

We are in the early phases of this project, taking the time to listen to residents, learn from their experiences, and have meaningful conversations.
